At Veline Studio, we offer fast and secure shipping across Europe and selected countries.
Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated on each product page based on the customer’s country.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for Portugal and Spain on orders over €50.

For other countries, the shipping cost is automatically displayed before checkout, in the shipping simulator on the product page.
There are no hidden fees. If customs duties or import taxes apply, the customer will be informed before confirming the order.
Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily request a return or exchange.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 business days after delivery.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Costs
